AMD首席执行官：在供应紧张下正致力于优化内存

2026年9月，中国科学院理化技术研究所建立了一种观察肿瘤细胞集体移动的仿生实验体系。研究人员参考真实组织中胶原纤维的排列方式，利用飞秒激光加工出平行排列和向外辐射的微结构，再把肿瘤细胞球放到这些结构上，实时记录细胞向周边浸润的速度、方向和形态变化。

实验显示，辐射状结构能引导细胞向多个方向同时扩展，平行结构则使细胞主要沿单一方向移动，横向扩展受到限制。进一步分析发现，两类结构上的细胞在伸长程度、黏附位置和细胞骨架排列上存在差异，说明组织几何形态本身能够影响细胞之间的协同活动。研究将病理结构、微纳制造与细胞运动分析结合起来，帮助区分复杂肿瘤环境中的物理因素。该平台有望用于研究侵袭机制和筛选相关药物，但目前展示的是受控条件下的细胞模型结果，不能直接等同于人体肿瘤的转移过程或临床治疗效果。
