消息称英特尔Nova Lake大缓存型号将首发

2026年9月，中国科学院过程工程研究所与企业合作建设的铷铯连续分离示范线实现稳定达产。装置面向锂矿提锂后留下的低品位伴生资源，年产规模为500吨，产出的碳酸铷、碳酸铯纯度均超过99.9%，为提高关键金属资源利用率提供了新的工业路径。

伴生资源中目标元素浓度低、杂质多，传统分离往往需要大量设备和萃取剂。研究团队开发塔式逆流萃取装备，并配套适用于二氧化碳反萃的三相塔，把萃取、洗涤和反萃过程连接起来。示范装置由17座萃取塔构成，铯的综合萃取收率超过98%，铷超过95%。相关设备在特定比较条件下减少了萃取剂用量和占地面积，改善了过程密闭性。与单纯提高某一步分离效率相比，该项目强调连续工艺和装备协同，使原本利用难度较高的资源转化为高纯产品。后续推广仍需针对不同矿源的杂质组成和进料条件调整流程。
