2026年9月，中国科学院上海有机化学研究所公布一项精准合成研究。团队围绕官能团化的1,3-二烯设计钯与酸协同参与的催化体系，使相同起始原料能够按不同路径生成空间结构不同的产物。这类原料在化学合成和工业生产中十分常见，但多个反应位置与空间构型同时存在，往往增加了定向制备的难度。

研究人员通过设计手性配体，并调节酸、碱等反应条件，实现了对反应位置、双键几何形态以及多种立体选择性的协同控制。所用条件较温和，催化剂用量可降低至千分之一，体系对空气和水也不敏感。产物保留的酯基为后续改造留下空间。机理实验和计算进一步解释了不同反应步骤如何影响最终结构，为调整催化条件提供依据。该工作为从同一原料出发构建不同精细化学品提供新工具，其价值主要在于提高合成选择性和拓展结构设计能力，具体生产应用仍需针对目标产物开展工艺评估。
