2026年7月，三星宣布面向人工智能和高性能计算服务器的PM1763企业级固态硬盘开始量产。该产品采用PCIe 6.0接口，结合第九代V-NAND闪存与新设计的4纳米控制器，提供4TB、8TB和16TB容量，重点应对大模型运行中频繁、快速读取大规模数据的需求。

三星公布，16TB版本的最高顺序读取速度达到每秒28400兆字节，顺序写入为每秒21900兆字节。产品还为液冷服务器进行优化，希望在长时间高负载下维持较稳定的性能，并提高单位能耗下的数据处理能力。安全功能方面，硬盘支持后量子密码相关算法，以及面向虚拟化环境的设备接口安全协议。企业存储的作用正从保存文件扩展为算力系统的数据通道，传输效率会影响加速器等待数据的时间。不过，公告中的峰值速度有特定测试条件，部署效果还与主机平台、工作负载和散热配置有关，需在完整服务器环境中评估性能和稳定性。
